I have been actively involved in the financial markets as a trader, market strategist, systems developer and trading educator for over 30 years.

​​My first proprietary trading role was for a UK family office (2007-2009) where I traded spot FX and futures (Crude Oil, S & P 500, Gold, T-Bonds etc.) producing solid returns over an 18-month period with minimal drawdowns. ​Moving to Switzerland in 2009 as Chief Market Strategist of a Swiss bank, I produced daily market analysis and ran proprietary trading systems ('HF SYSTEMS') as a trading signals service exclusively for the bank's clients.

Since going independent in 2012 I have founded and managed Swiss-regulated asset management companies, offering managed account services via LPOA agreements for HNW individuals and for regulated entities. 

 

Committed to 'levelling-up' the playing field of finance through education, I have set up and run trading academies and I offer courses and mentoring services for traders who are looking to join that illusive top 20% who are winners. I also do the occasional educational webinar for selected FX/CFD providers.​​​

The (TRADER Course) is an intensive, on-line course which takes traders on a journey from beginner to to expert via 24 recorded sessions, while the TRIPWIRE Course provides a 100% rule-based strategy which can be applied to various markets either manually or via automation.

I have been a member of the CMT Association since 1999 and was one of the first holders of the CMT designation outside the US (attained in 2004). I have appeared regularly on the financial TV networks (CNBC etc.) discussing market views, and have conducted seminars on trading strategy development around the world. ​
